Siargao in four days: a relaxed first-visit plan

This suggested four-day outline is designed around variety: one island outing, one lesson or land day, and time to settle in. It works best when you can swap the middle days.

Day one: settle into your base

Arrive, check in and get familiar with your immediate area. Use the afternoon to confirm the next day's meeting point and gather anything missing from the packing list. An easy meal and an early night make more sense than rushing into a distant excursion.

Days two and three: mix water and land

Use one day for an island outing and the other for a beginner surf lesson or a slower land-based day. Choose the order around the operator's advice and actual conditions. If Sohoton is your priority, replace another excursion rather than squeezing everything into a single crowded day.

Day four: protect your departure

Keep the final day light when you have a flight or onward connection. With a late departure, choose something close to your accommodation and easy to leave. With more nights, add a free day before adding another long excursion; having time to change plans is part of a good island trip.
